Virtual Coach(TM)
Virtual CoachTM is an interactive, web-based software application that enables you to build critical interpersonal skills. Virtual CoachTM consists of a wide range of resources that provide support for improvement during all phases. The application helps you identify challenge areas, set improvement goals and develop a plan for achieving them. Then Virtual CoachTM helps you dive in and actually make the changes happen by helping you prepare for, conduct and reflect back on real work interactions - as they happen.

Snapshot - Understand how you interact with others
Snapshot offers users a quick way to collect feedback from colleagues, identify strengths and areas for improvement and track their progress over time through self-assessment and input from others. Start out by specifying the context and timeframe for their Snapshot assessment. Complete a self assessment to evaluate your contributions, roles, communication style, blind spots, and other important interaction criteria. Invite colleagues to complete this same short survey. Once results are collected, Snapshot produces a rich report that provides the information needed for developing and tracking progress against an action plan.

Action Plan - Create a personalized development plan
Action Plan helps users create a personalized and focused interpersonal skills development plan, and provides active support and encouragement as they work to make improvements. Using the feedback gathered through Snapshot and other formal or informal approaches, Action Plan helps individuals strategize about the behaviors they want to change, learn about proven approaches for making these changes and devise a plan for applying these approaches during their daily work interactions. Once the plan is complete, Action Plan can also send them email reminders to keep their personal development process on track.

PrepSession - Prepare for important interactions
PrepSession is an interactive system that helps users prepare for important conversations and meetings. PrepSession asks users questions about the nature of the conversation, their concerns and aspired outcomes. Then it provides advice to help structure the conversation, engage colleagues and address challenges that may arise. This process takes only ten minutes and leaves the users feeling more confident about the interaction and with a customized Prep Plan to help them through each conversation. Because PrepSession helps at the individual conversation level, it is the tactical, in-the-moment support that users need to succeed at making the behavioral changes identified in their Action Plan.

Instant Replay - Improve by reflecting back on conversations
Instant Replay provides users a structured way to reflect back on their interactions to discover what caused the results and find ways to improve future outcomes. Instant Replay helps users debrief the conversation to understand how actual results differed from desired results, how their actions contributed to this, what they did well and what they want to do differently in the future to achieve better results. As with PrepSession, Instant Replay provides support at the tactical conversation level to help make the changes needed to achieve Action Plan goals.

E-mail Tips - Get helpful advice right from your inbox
E-mail Tips are periodic reminders users receive from Virtual CoachTM that offer helpful advice for addressing common day-to-day challenges. Email Tips help keep interpersonal skills and development plans top of mind and remind users about the valuable resources available within Virtual CoachTM. They are yet another way in which Virtual CoachTM supports individuals in their daily work situations.

Activity Reports - Track usage, issues and trends
Activity Reports offer HR and OD professionals the ability to track usage of Virtual CoachTM within the organization. These reports convey usage patterns, inform HR about emerging issues and trends, indicate specific groups where challenges are most intense, and show the level of positive impact the application is having on the organization. Armed with this data, you can make decisions about how and where to allocate constrained OD budgets and resources.
